Arthur Cameron Johnson, Jr., 85, of Pensacola died Wednesday, March 7, 2001 in Destrehan, Louisiana. Mr. Johnson was a native of Pensacola. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and retired from N.A.S. Pensacola, where he was employed as an aero-nautical engineer. Mr. Johnson was a member of the First Baptist Church of Pensacola. Mr. Johnson's wife, Geraldine Shaw Johnson, preceded him in death. Survivors include his sons, Dillmam Shaw Johnson and Arthur Cameron Johnson III; daughter-in-law, Carmen Jones Johnson; three grandchildren, Jessica Ann Johnson, Christopher Ryan Johnson and Arthur Cameron Johnson IV. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, March 10, 2001 at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel with the Rev. Bill Santo officiating. Burial will follow at St. John's Cemetery. Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel, 3351 Scenic Highway, is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Friday.
