Frank W. Mills, 83, of Elberta, AL died Sunday, March 24, 1996, in Daphne, AL.  Mr. Mills was a native and former resident of Pensacola.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Marines.  He was a member of the Escambia Lodge #15, the Hadji Shrine Temple, The Order of the Eastern Star and the VFW Kickler and Pippen Post #5658, Elberta, AL.  He is survived by his son, A.W. Mills; four daughters, Doris Milan, Gloria Guyette, Joan Feely and Linda Ryan; 14 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.  Graveside services will be at 11 am Wednesday at St. John's Cemetery.  Faith Chapel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mercy Medical Hospice, Daphne, AL.
