Cecil Ross Touart, born on August 10th, 1959 in Mobile, Alabama, passed away peacefully under the care of hospice in Pensacola, Florida on October 20th 2025. He was a dedicated lawn maintenance professional, known for his exceptional skills and strong work ethic, earning the love and respect of his many customers. Cecil was a cherished member of a large family. He is survived by his siblings: Cary Elizabeth Schwencke, Leslie Wharton Touart Jr. and sister-in-law Sue Anne Ratalsky, Mary Lucile Touart and her husband Mark Phillips, and Anthonette Belle Touart-Rohlke and her husband Clifford Scott Rohlke. He will also be remembered fondly by his nephew, Leslie Wharton Touart III, his niece, Jessie Anne Touart, and his nephew, Robert Van Schwencke. In his free time, Cecil enjoyed woodworking and was passionately engaged in competitive yard selling, showcasing both his creativity and competitive spirit. He was remarkably mechanically inclined, often impressing those around him with his skills and resourcefulness. Cecil had an enormous heart; he took pride in his hardworking and honest nature. His presence will be deeply missed by family and friends alike, and his spirit will continue to inspire those who knew and loved him. In honor of Cecil’s life, his family asks that we remember his kindness, work ethic, and the joy he brought to those around him. | |
