Charlie J. Silivos, 39 of Pensacola died Monday, December 8, 1997 in a local hospital following a brief illness.  Charlie was born on October 11, 1958 in Pensacola.  He was the son of the late John G. Silivos.  He was owner and manager of the Silivos Family Restaurant in the Days Inn Motel at the corner of Cervantes and Palafox.  Mr. Silivos was a member of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church.  Survivors include his mother, Evie Silivos; brother Gus J. Silivos; two aunts in Greece, Phyllis Galatsanos and Alexandra Lialiou; an aunt in Pensacola, Anika Sakellariou; and an uncle, Paul Silivos.  Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church with Rev. Theodore Chelpon officiating.  Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Gus Silivos, Nick Gomenis, Tom Psaltis, Bill J. Parliaris, Gary J. Tringas, Michael Scapin, Chris Fotopoulos, Nick Agall and Peter N. Stamatelos.  Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Steven J. Schang, Jr., Alec Stamatelos, George J. Scapin, Frank Patti, Bill Agall, John D. Scapin, Spyros Geeker, Clyde E. Touart, and Thomas C. Staples.  Waters and Hibbert Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  Friends may call at Waters and Hibbert from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Wednesday.  The Trisigion service will be recited at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday.
