Wilbur C. "Bill" Simpson, 87, of Pensacola, passed away early Easter Sunday morning at a local hospital.  His wife, Josephine Simpson; daughter, Shirley Simpson; and son, Ralph Simpson, preceded Mr. Simpson in death.  He is survived by six children, Mozelle (Harvey) Sackett, Eloise (Car) Ward, Theresa (Roy) Isakson, JoAnn (Steve) Stephens, Ruth (Al) Mezza, and Steve (Janice) Simpson.  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, April 26, 2000 at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel.  Burial will follow at St. John's Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Mr. Simpson's grandsons.  Honorary pallbearers will be his sons-in-law and Winston Sharpless.  Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
