From Journal: “Anna Bell Walker, 83,of Pensacola, died Thursday…life long resident…graduate of Pensacola High School and Florida State College for Women…retired from the Escambia County School system after 34 years as a teacher…member of Gadsden Street Methodist Church…daughter of C.H. Walker, president of Walker Lumber Company and Mary Sellers Walker, her brother Charles H. Walker, former Comptroller of the City of Pensacola, all preceded her in death… survivors: sister Katherine Walker Bell and her husband Clarence R. Bell of Texas; sister-in-law Doris Lee Walker of Pensacola; nieces and nephews…Harper-Morris in charge.”  She is buried next to her parents in the C.H. Walker family plot.
