Marshall Rand Wills 1938-2002,    64 years of age, passed away Sunday, March 17, 2002 at his home.  He was born February 19, 1938 in Pensacola to Frank Martin Wills, Sr. and Josephine Fleming Wills.  After graduating from Pensacola High School in 1956,  Marshall enlisted in the U.S. Air Force.  He then attended Pensacola Junior College and University of West Florida, where he obtained a degree in accounting.  He spent most of his accounting career in Atlanta.  Marshall was preceded in death by his father, Frank M. Wills Sr. and his brother, John Thomas Wills.  He is survived by his loving daughter, Karen (Bob) Scholeski; two grandsons, Jason and Bradley, his mother, Josephine Wills, two brothers, Frank M. (Janice) Wills, Jr.; and Richard (Margaret) Wills; and loving nieces and nephews.  He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.  Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Thursday, March 21, 2002 at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel with interment following at St. John's Cemetery.  Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel is in charge of arrangements.  The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 P.M. Wednesday March 20, 2002 at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel, 3351 Scenic Highway.
