Ralph Anderson Bryant, 87 , of Pensacola, FL passed away on Saturday, February 14, 2015.

He worked with the Escambia County Road Department for seven years before joining the Santa Rosa Island Authority for almost 12 years. Mr. Bryant was a Master Mason, a member and deacon in the Community of Christ Church on Jackson Street, a Boy Scout leader-Troop 607, a longtime contributor to the Florida Sheriff's Association, a volunteer at the St. Johns's cemetery in charge of the grave location book where he helped many families locate their loved ones graves over the years.

He was preceded in death by his dearly beloved wife of 42 years, Dessie Eloise Mattingly Donaway Bryant; parents, Junie and Dessie Bryant; five sisters; three brothers and his stepdaughter, Clara Donaway.

He is survived by his stepdaughter, Carolyn Donaway McCrory; stepson, Robert Edward Donaway (Ann); grandchildren, Bruce Trawick, Mike Trawick, Nancy Capizzo, Sandra Capizzo Hinote, Debbie McCrory Busbee, Linda McCrory Morgan, Cindy McCrory Burns, Rick McCrory, Brian Donaway and Julie Donaway Selzer, and 15 great-great children, 12 great-great-grandchildren; niece, Linda Huggins and numerous other nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Bruce Trawick, Mike Trawick, Brian Donaway, Wayne Burns, Mike Hurst and Mac Busbee.

Honorary pallbearer will be Rick McCrory.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 19, 2015 beginning at 11:00 a.m. with funeral service to begin at 12:00 p.m. at Faith Chapel Funeral Home South with Berry Ellis and John Stanton of Community of Christ Church officiating. Interment will follow at St. John Cemetery.
