Mary "Mae" Talley, 86, of Pensacola died Thursday, August 29, 1996, in a local hospital following a lengthy illness.  Mrs. Talley was born January 29, 1910, to Mr. Eden and Mrs. Henrietta Harrison in Tyler, AL.  After completing tailoring school in Selma, AL, she move to Pensacola and was employed as a tailor in many of the downtown stores for over 40 years.  She was a member of St. Cyprian's Episcopal Church.  She was preceded in death by her daughter, Mrs. Mildred Talley Sloan.  Survivors include her grandson, Brian (Marilyn) Sloan; sister-in-law, Celestine Harrison; devoted nieces, Jean (Bishop Ross) Knight, Lois Christian, Mary (Dr. Charles) Washington, Margaret (Arthur) Watson, Viola G. Harrison and Fannie Burton; nephew, Horace E. Harrison; and many great-nieces and nephews, cousins and a host of devoted friends.  "A sincere thanks to the Magnolias Nursing Home, Dr. Amos Prevatt and Sacred Heart Hospital."  Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday, September 4 in St. Cyprian's Episcopal Church with the Rev. Jack Murray, pastor of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, officiating.  Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Mrs. Talley' great-nephews.  Joe Morris and Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  At the request of the deceased there will not be a wake.  The funeral procession will leave from 620 N. H St.
