Loam Brown, Jr. 91, a lifelong resident of Pensacola passed away Thursday, February 16, 2012. Mr. Brown was born on January 17, 1921 to Mary (Windham) and Loam Brown, Sr. He graduated with the 1939 Class of Pensacola High School and served his country during WWII in the US Army. He retired from Bell Steel Company with 26 years of service. Mr. Brown was a member of Masonic Lodge #15, Scottish Rite and the Hadji Shriners'. His parents; sisters, Martha Windham Brown, Mary Louise Caro and brother William Andrew Brown preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife, Naomi Bowling Brown; daughters, Sue Brown Bercaw (David), Carolyn Reading McFee (Michael), Linda Reading Dalke (Jim) and Virginia Reading Madewell; son Herbert Lee Bradley, Jr. (Pat); grandchildren Lisa Bercaw Cline (Alan), Billy Bercaw, Barry Dalke (Christine), Sean McFee and Brian Dalke (Elizabeth); great grandchildren Nathaniel David Cline, Morgan Brennen Dalke, Emma Grace Dalke, Alan Dalke and Logan Dalke; nephews, Mark Caro (Betty) and Jon Jones; niece Mary Jones Clark (Chad); great nephew Brian Caro (Shone); and good friend and caretaker Tony Watson. Visitation will begin at 2:00pm Monday, February 20, 2012 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel with Funeral Services at 3:00pm. Rev. Geoffrey Lentz will officiate. Burial will follow at St. John's Cemetery. Active Pallbearers will be grandsons with son-in-laws serving as Honorary Pallbearers.
