| Grace Elizabeth Williams Jenkins passed away to peace on April 20th, 2012.
She was one of the first black teachers to integrate at Escambia High School.
Her legacy as an astute English teacher, passionate high school chorus
instructor, dedicated high school assistant dean, and professional music director
will be forever remembered.
She leaves behind devoted god-daughters, cherished nieces and nephews,
loving relatives and a supportive church family.
Viewing will be held at Joe Morris Funeral Home located at 701 North De Villers
Street, Pensacola, FL on Wednesday, April 25th, 2012 from 12 pm to 9 pm
during which a special family hour from 6 pm to 7 pm will be conducted by
Reverend J. L. Savage.
Graveside services will be held at St. John's Cemetery located at 301 N. "G"
Street, Pensacola, FL on Thursday, April 26th, 2012 at 10 am. conducted by
Reverend Donald Bell.
