Sarah Louisa "Lick" Lewis Tubb, 92, a longtime resident of Pensacola died Sunday, April 16, 1995, in Baton Rouge, LA.  Mrs. Tubb was a retired executive secretary with Pensacola Junior College and was a member of Christ Episcopal Church.  She was preceded in death by her husband, James Nelson Tubb; her parents, Charles F. and Mary Suarez Lewis; sister, Hilda Lewis Larkins; two brothers, Suarez Franklin Lewis and Aubrey Adrian Lewis; and a very close cousin, Chris Suarez Barber.  Survivors include her daughter, Emily Tubb Head; two granddaughters, Lisa Head and Amy Head Simcik; and numerous relatives and friends in the  Pensacola area.  Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Waters and Hibbert Chapel with the Rev. Bob Graves officiating.  Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery.  Waters and Hibbert Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Christ Church Memorial Fund.
