Loving son, brother, and uncle Ricky William McCrory passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at the age of 57. 
He was born to Robert Wayne McCrory and Carol S. McCrory on August 30, 1965 and raised in Pensacola, Florida. He had spent 28 years of his life in West Virginia and he truly loved it there. Ricky had returned home to help take care of his mother. Ricky served in the United States Army. He was a laid-back, easy-going kind of guy. He enjoyed working on cars and trucks, hunting, playing his guitar and the company of his dogs. 
He was known for his love of country music; especially Alan Jackson. 
He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Wayne McCrory. 
Ricky is survived by his mother, Carol Sue Donaway McCrory; three sisters, Debbie (Dennie) Busbee, Linda (Kevin) Morgan and Cindy (Tony) Burns; nephews, Wayne Burns, Shane (Amanda) Morgan and Mac Busbee; great nieces, Zoe Morgan and Layla Morgan; special cousin, Michael Trawick; special friend (like a 2nd mom), Peggy Patrick; and his two fury friends, Pugs and Angel. 
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at Faith Chapel Funeral Home South with Pastor Gary Howard officiating. Burial will follow in St. John Masonic Cemetery. 
The family will receive friends at 1:00 p.m. prior to services. 
Pallbearers will be Wayne Burns, Jeremy Johnson, Mac Busbee, Tony Burns and Don Smith.
