Marjorie Carolyn Hawk Wiseman, 86, passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2016. She was born in Pensacola, FL on June 27, 1929 to the late Frederic Leslie Hawk and Ora Malissa Farrior Hawk.
Carolyn graduated from Pensacola High School in 1947 and the Sacred Heart Hospital School of Nursing in 1952. She worked as a Registered Nurse at Escambia General, University, and Baptist Hospitals. She was a member of East Hill Baptist Church. Carolyn enjoyed playing Bingo, word games, and luncheon fellowships with her extended family.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents; the love of her life, her husband of 62 years, Cecil; and her son-in-law, Gerald Ringo.
Left to cherish Carolyn’s memory are her children, Gail Lynn Wiseman Ringo of Fleming Island, FL, and Gary Franklin Wiseman and Glen Frederick Wiseman, both of Pensacola, FL; and her sisters, Marsena Smith of Pensacola, FL, Frederica Greer of Westwood, NJ, and Martha Hazen of St. Augustine, FL. 
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John’s Cemetery on G Street. Brother Charles Mitchell will be officiating.
Trahan Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. 
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital.
