Robert Arthur Weber, Jr ,99, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at home surrounded by his children. Robert was preceded in death by his loving wife Anna Vivian (Henrikson); granddaughter, Jessica Ann Nall; two son-in-laws, Don Norris and Raymond Nall; parents, Elizabeth Campbell and Robert Arthur Weber; sister, Rita W. Finneran; two brothers, John Theodore and Herbert Thomas Weber. 

Born January 21, 1925, Robert (Red) was a Pensacola native. His grandfather, Theodore Weber, was a well-known artist in the late 1800’s who designed and built Mardi Gras floats in Pensacola. Robert attended Pensacola High School and basketball was his favorite sport. He joined the United States Merchant Marine during WWII and transitioned to the United States Army. 

He retired from International Paper as a foreman after 42 years and was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. An avid fisherman, he had many favorite fishing spots around the area. He was a dedicated husband and father and helped his daughter in her cake business for many years. He is survived by his son , Rob Weber (Sally), daughters ,Debbie Guynes (Barney), Betty Ann Weber, Karen Nall, and Mary Norris; Grandson, Marcus Nall; and 2 great-grandchildren Levi Nall and Chad Pavey Jr, 

Pallbearers are Patrick Finneran, Barney Guynes, Clyde Johnson, Jack Johnson, Billy Enfinger and John Casler. A special thank you to Gentiva Hospice. 

Visitation will be September 10, 2024 at St. Mary Catholic Church, 401 Van Pelt Lane Pensacola from 12:00 pm to 12:45 pm with the Eulogy at 12:45 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 1:00 pm with the Rev. Christian Winkeljohn as celebrant. Interment will be at St. John's Cemetery.
