Carla Jean Magnasco Ward was born in Pensacola, Florida on April 21, 1951.  She left for heaven to be with Jesus on February 10, 2016.  She will be resting alongside her dad, Carlo M. Magnasco and her mom, Thelma L. Magnasco in Pensacola.

Carla loved bird watching, all kinds of needlework, puzzles, dogs, cats, and gardening.  She designed her own crosstitch patterns and created many wonderful pieces for herself, family, and friends. She was very active in her church and taught in her women's group on Tuesday morning at First Assembly of God church.

She grew up in Pensacola, graduated from Pensacola High School in 1969.  She later completed her Bachelor of Science degree at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia with a degree in accounting. She held many different accounting positions in Northern Virginia where she lived for 25 years from 1975 to 2000. She returned to Pensacola and retired to enjoy her days serving God and loving her family.

She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Tony Glen Ward, her lovely daughter Victoria Grace Ward Canto, her son-in-law Eric Dominic Canto, her niece Linda Jeanette Tullos, and her dog Tater.

She is loved by many and will be greatly missed until that great resurrection day!
