Pearl E. Solari Averill, 78, of Pensacola died Saturday, December 31, 1994.  Mrs. Averill was a native and lifelong resident of  Pensacola.  She and her husband, the late Capt. Louis E. Averill, owned and operated Averill's Seafood Restaurant for 30 years until 1976.  She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.  Survivors include two sons, Joseph F. Averill and Raymond (Raybo) Averill; two sisters, Elizabeth (Libby) Lee and Lucille Van Matre; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church with the Rev. Victor P. Schulz officiating.  Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery.  Waters and Hibbert Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 7 p.m. today.  Active pallbearers will be Scott Averill, Ronnie Busbee, Chad Averill, Thomas Van Matre, Jr., Joseph E. Averill and Paul Averill.  Honorary pallbearers will be Ron Morris, Thomas Bosso, Ronnie Busbee, Jr., Judge William Rowley, Jody Villar, Joey Strauss, Dr. Amos Prevatt and Robert Busbee.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society or the Immanuel Lutheran Church.
