Hazel Mary Gittings, 84, of Pensacola died Thursday, January 6, 1994, in a local hospital.  Miss Gittings was a native and lifelong resident of Pensacola.  She was a member of the Sacred Heart Cathedral and was a retired fourth grade teacher at Annie K. Suter Elementary School.  Survivors include a niece, Sara Hartsfield Bauder Stone of Pensacola; nephew, Bruce B. Hartsfield of Ormond Beach, and several great-nieces -nephews, other relatives and friends.  Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Cathedral with the Rev. Father Thomas B. Bonanti celebrating Mass.  Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery,  Pensacola, FL.  Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.  Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday.
