Frank Ross Goulding was born February 12, 1842. He was a Confederate veteran. Frank was married in Escambia County on February 5, 1880 to Annie F. Hackley (Sarah Ann Hackley). They are listed in the 1900 Escambia County census with seven children: Charles (born July 1875), Harriet (b. Oct. 1882), Beverly (son Beverly Randolph b. Sep.22, 1883), Frank (b. Feb. 1886), Howard (March 1888), William (b.Aug. 1890) and Lee (son Robert Lee born March 20, 1892). Living with them is mother-in-law Matilda Harkley, age 73, born July 1826 in Georgia. Frank Ross Goulding died September 14, 1905. From Daily News, Saturday, September 16, 1905: "Frank R. Goulding...interred tomorrow afternoon at St. John' cemetery...The service will take place at St. Katherine's chapel and will be attended by the entire membership of Camp Ward, N. 10, Confederate Veterans." He is buried next to his wife Sarah Ann Hackley Goulding, William Folker Goulding, and Matilda Folker Hackley.
