William Franklin Lee was born September 7, 1868 in Pensacola. From Fisher-Pou Funeral Home records, his father was Wm Franklin Lee and his mother Susannah Rebecca Lloyd. He married Mary McLean. William F. and Mary Lee were the parents of surviving four known children: Mary, Susan, William E., and Stephen M. Lee. William Franklin Lee died January 4, 1936, at age 67, from 2nd and 3rd degree burns. From Fisher-Pou records, he was an accountant and his wife was Mary Lee. Funeral was ordered by Stephen Lee. He is buried next to his wife, with a tall monument with names of children of W.F. and S.R. Lee (Wm Franklin and Susannah Rebecca Lee): Bessie, Carrie, Susie, Jeanie (one side); Caroline Lee, E.S. Lee, J.D. Lee, and Susan Lee. William and Mary share a headstone. | |
