William Harry Bell was born October 6, 1891, son of Charles Philip and Zoe (Aymard) Bell.  He moved to Pennsylvania, where he was treasurer of Hill School in Pottstown.  William married Mildred Robinson.  William Harry Bell died April 6, 1974 in Pennsylvania, buried next to his wife Mildred in family plot of his brother, Brydon M. Bell.
