Marion L. Roch was born July 31, 1840 in Paris, France.  His wife was Clemence from New Orleans (maiden name unknown).  They were the parents of Emile Oscar Roch, Eugene Paul Roch, Blanche Roch (married Sidney Bell and buried 3-37), and Mrs. Elise Simon.   Marion L. Roch died February 28, 1920, buried next to his wife Clemence, sons Eugene Paul Roch and Emile Oscar Roch, daughter Elise Roch Simon, and Francios Napoleon Roch in the Roch family plot.
