Mrs. Neita Wright Sinclair, 59, or 301 SE Kalash Rd., Warrington, died in a local hospital Wednesday night.  She was a native and lifelong resident of Pensacola and a member of Christ Episcopal Church.  She is survived by her widower, Robert W. Sinclair, Warrington, two sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Dahlgren and Mrs. Clarice Grzeskowiak, both of Pensacola, and a number of nieces and nephews.  Funeral arrangements will be announced by Waters & Hibbert Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be Friday at 4 pm in the Christ Episcopal Church with Dr. B.M. Currin officiating.  The body will be placed in the church at 3:30 pm.  Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery with Waters & Hibbert officiating.
