Son of Charles and Johanna Soderlind. Charles was a Private of Company G, 23rd Regiment Infantry.  He married Elizabeth Gassman.  Charles J. Soderlind died April 2, 1940.  From Fisher-Pou obituary: “Charles J. Soderlind, 66,died Tuesday…burial at St. John’s with full military honors…pallbearers will be members of United Spanish War Veterans… Fisher Pou in charge.”

Their records say his father was Charles Soderlind and his mother was Johanna, wife was Elizabeth, and was a tailor.  He is buried next to his wife Elizabeth Soderlind in the Soderlind plot.
