Thomas J. Welch was born August of 1860 in Virginia (per census). In Escambia County on April 17, 1889, F.J. Welch married Callie Hannah. Thomas and Callie Welch are listed in the 1900 and 1910 census of Escambia County. He is listed as a dentist. They are listed in the city directory as living at 1209 North Palafox street. Dr. T.J. Welch died March 9, 1931. From Fisher-Pou records, Dr. Welch was a retired dentist, and the funeral was ordered by Callie Hannah Welch. He is buried next to his wife in the Thomas Hannah plot. | |
