Cleo Kaliope Lochas Clark 1922-2006  was born August 18, 1922 in Pensacola, FL and passsed away January 25, 2006.  Cleo attended Pensacola High School, class of 1939; Florida State University (FSCW), class of 1943, where she received her BS degree; and University of West Florida where she received her MA degree in 1971.  She was a teacher at Agnes McReynolds School.  Cleo was appointed Mathematics Specialist for Escambia County Schools in 1968, and retired from Escambia County School District in 1983.  She was a member of the Escambia Retired Educators Association; Life Member of Sigma Kappa Sorority; Delta Kappa Gamma Honorary Society; Life Member of Mental Health Association of West Florida.  She served on the Board of Directors since 1968, and served as Secretary in Perpetuity since 1993.  Prior to her retirement, Cleo was actively involved as a member and officer in the State and District Florida Council of Teachers of Mathematics and Association of Mathematics and Supervisors.  Cleo was preceded in death by parents, Chris and Alice Lochas; sister Maria Cotsonis and brother George Lochas.  She is survived by her husband of 57 years Thomas Malcolm Clark; daughters Sandra (Gary) Groves; Christina (Lawson) Hynson and Dr. Mary Elizabeth Clark; grandchildren Thomas (Vicki) Groves; Mary Alice Groves; Joshua Hynson; and many nieces and nephews.  Funeral services 10;00 a.m. Monday, January 30, 2006 at the Greek Orthodox Church of the Annunciation, with Father Andrew Scordalakis officiating.  Burial will follow at St. John's Cemetery.  Visitation will be 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Sunday, January 29, 2006 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel. Trisagion Service will be held at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.  Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Greek Orthodox Church of the Annunciation, 1720 West Garden Street, Pensacola, FL 32501; or to the Mental Health Association of West Florida, 840 West Lakeview Avenue, Pensacola, FL 32501.
