Constantine John 'Deno' Tringas, 78 of Pensacola died Sunday, March 17, 1996.  Mr. Tringas was a lifelong resident of Pensacola and a longtime businessman.  He attended the University of Alabama, where he was a member of the Persian Rifle Corps.  He served with the Coast Guard during World Was II and active in designing landing craft for the Normandy Invasion.  Mr. Tringas was one of Pensacola's first teenage civilian pilots.  He was a former longtime member of Rotary International and was a member of the Greek Orthodox Church.  He is survived by his wife Anna Tringas; two sons and daughters-in-law, Paul and Sally Tringas and Gregory and Martha Tringas; daughter and son-in-law, Helene and Martin Donovan; brother, James Tringas; two sisters, Leila Stavros and Katie Marioles; and six grandchildren, Daniel, Elizabeth, Anna, Ryan, Tyler and Kyle.  Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 20, in the Greek Orthodox Church with the Rev. Theodore Chelpon officiating.  Pallbearers will be Ryan Donovan, Michael Marioles, Alex Tringas, Harry Stavros, Earl Thomas, Anthony Tampary, Larry Northup and George Bokas.  Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. William Douglas, Dr. Ted Carageorge, Capt. Frank DeLorenzo, Jim Mehserie, John Liollio, Joseph Ferniany, Theodore Solomon, John Donovan, George Carwie, Joseph Kennedy and Johnny Carwie.  Waters and Hibbert Funeal Home is in charge of arrangements.  Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.  Trisigion services will be held at 6:30 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Greek Orthodox Church.
