Ruth A. Blumer, 102, of Pensacola died Thursday, July 12, 2001.  Miss Ruth, as she was affectionalely known, was a native and lifelong resident of Pensacola and a retired long time employee of Elebash Jewelry Co.  She was a member of the Cathedral of Sacred Heart and the Pilot Club of Pensacola.  Survivors include a brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and Mary Blumer of Panama City and other relatives.  Active Pallbearers will be Pat Remich, Tim Sloan and William Hepworth, Bill Elebash, Tom Condon and Bob Fitch.  Honorary  Pallbearers will be Dr. Amos Prevatt, Eugene Elebash Jr., Eugene Elebash III, Al Condon, Clinton Blumer, Members of the Pilot Club of Pensacola and employees of the Haven of Peace.  Funeral services will be Tuesday, July 17, 2001 10 a.m. at the Cathedral of Sacred Heart with Msgr. Michael Reed officiating.  Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery.  The Rosary will be recited at Waters & Hibbert at 6:00 PM Monday, July 16, 2001.  Waters & Hibbert Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  Friends may call Waters & Hibbert from 5 PM to 7 PM Monday, July 16, 2001.  In lieu of Flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Vincent Depaul Society, 2200 W.
