Carlton E. Brigman was born October 30, 1885.  He married Beulah G. Standley, the parents of two daughter (per obituary: Gwendolyn  and Mrs. C.E. Hall).  Carlton E. Brigman died February 18, 1969.  From Journal Wednesday February 19:

Carlton E. Brigman, 83, of 1509 E. Gadsden St., died Tuesday morning in a local hospital. He was a native of Westville, FL and had been a resident of Pensacola for the past 60 years. He was a member of the Gadsden Street Methodist Church, Escambia Masonic Lodge 15, and was a 32nd degree Scottish Rite Mason. He was a retired Louisville & Nashville Railroad conductor and was a member of the Order of Railway Conductors and Brakeman. Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. E.C. Rogers and Mrs. C.E. Hall, both of Pensacola; a brother, Coy Brigman of Crossville, TN. Funeral services will be conducted by Fisher-Pou with the Revs. Paul Mathison and John Bryan officiating.
