Cecil W. Dean, 91, died on October 2, 1999 in Alamogordo, NM.  Mr. Dean was a retired Civil Service employee and a  retired SMS with the Florida National Guard.  His wife, Tena Dean and his daughter, Juelene Vigue Reimer, preceded Mr. Dean in death.  Survivors include his son, Peter (Ronnie) Dean of Alamogordo, NM; five grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, October 9, 1999 at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel.  Burial will be at St. John's Cemetery.  Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel, 3351 Scenic Highway is in charge of arrangements.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M., Friday.
